The ICT Unit introduce the concept of vSecretariat (Virtual Secretariat) in order to find solution to the following issues. The District Secretariat and Divisional Secretariats will be considered as 16 terminals to render public services irrespective of their location in this concept. The service will not depend on the officers or the location of the office to render the service to public.It completely depends on the updating and exchanging data in online by the frontline officers.
